WALKING
Join Rob for an interesting chat and a social walk. Rob takes the walking group twice each week for those interested. The objective is to get a little exercise while getting to know other Members a little better.
There is nothing quite like a brisk walk with good company to help cheer one up.
So feel free to come along and join Rob and other Members on the road (pardon the pun) to improved mental health. A number of members also bring dogs on the walk with them, and you are welcome to do so if you have a pet pooch in need of a little exercise!
Computer & Photography
Gain knowledge of digital photography from taking, processing and editing your pictures.
Learn aspects of computers including, Facebook, Microsoft programs and basic internet applications.
Craft Groups
Experience a range of craft activities targeted to your own wants by joining others in a social and exploratory setting.
Activities include pottery, mosaics, art, and a music pottery workshop
Community Support Centre
The centre is open from 10am – 4pm each weekday excluding Public Holidays.
Members may drop in for a coffee and a chat with other Members at any time during these hours.
There are a number of different areas for Members to use including a designated smoking area at the rear of the centre.

Would you like to learn and taste some of your own cooking in a social, clean and comfortable setting?
Develop culinary skills and assist in preparing lunches?
All the food is organised, prepared and served by yourselves.
Support is given to increase your capacity to cook for yourself.
The kitchen will be available from 10.30 onwards to assist you with lunches.
