Join us for an interesting chat and a social walk each Wednesday morning at 10am. The objective is to get a little exercise while getting to know other Members a little better.

There is nothing quite like a brisk walk with good company to help cheer one up.

So feel free to come along and join us on the road to improve your mental health.

A number of members also bring dogs on the walk with them, and you are welcome to do so if you have a pet pooch in need of a little exercise!




Join us for a casual game of Tennis at 2pm every Monday at Lunan Park, Lunan Ave, Drumcondra or Indoor courts in Hepner Place Nth Geelong.

Don’t worry if you haven’t any equipment, the Centre provides everything you need to have a hit.

The standard varies from week to week, so even if you are a novice don’t worry you will still get a decent hit. Everyone gets the same amount of court time regardless of fitness or ability.

New players are always welcome – so come along and have a go, you have nothing to lose.

Members usually head off from the Centre about 1.45pm, so if you need a lift then ensure you are there before that time. Transport is usually also available for those in need of a lift.




Feel like some slightly more serious exercise?

Each Thursday morning at 9.30am the Clusterers Bike Club ride is on. Riders meet at the centre around 9am.

The rides are usually well attended and everyone form beginners to the more experienced are welcome to join us on this ride, so why not come along.

The rides can be short or longer depending on experience of attendees. Usually 20 kilometres and up to 60 kilometres.

The group usually finds a place around half way to have a coffee and a snack break before heading back to the centre.

Regular rides are usually to either Lara, Torquay, Leopold or the Barwon River trail. The destination of the ride is usually determined by participants on the day (dependant on the weather and rider ability) and is often the subject of much heated debate!

The positive benefits bike riding has on mental health are well known and proven.
